Good service and great hospitality

The service was amazing, All the stuff was friendly and willing to help, the Italian restaurant was great, The rooms was with a perfect view, and special thank to the manger of all the restaurants there he is so friendly, and thanks to Waleed Elbehery for his hospitality.

Negative: The set menu of the buffet it’s the same all the days, my only comment is to have different set menu everyday this will be perfect

A relaxing and memorable stay made even better by the exceptional service of Mr. Waleed at the reception.

The hotel was beautiful, clean, and had a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area and sea view were breathtaking. The real highlight of our stay, however, was Mr. Waleed from the reception. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. He made sure every part of our stay was smooth and enjoyable, and his hospitality made a big difference—we truly felt at home thanks to him.

Negative: There wasn’t anything major we didn’t like. If anything, the variety of food options could be slightly improved, especially for guests staying longer.

What was the highlight of MG Alexander The Great Hotel

Sunny Marsa Alam resort with a variety of animation

The resort is 30 minutes from Marsa Alam airport. I had a standard garden room and was very happy about that. The room was far away from the evening animation area and close to the beach. The cleaning person did a proper job and was friendly.
There is a large animation area (theater and stage) which is busy every night as well as a club that can also get busy. The beach area was lively with aqua gym, Zumba and lots more.
Special thanks goes to Waleed Fo at reception who helped me sort out some requests.

Negative: I really appreciated the quieter garden room close to the beach area. The food quality and choices should be improved.
